Job description

Role Overview:
This role focuses on providing Level 1 and Level 2 integration support for Workday, ensuring the reliable operation of inbound and outbound integrations and the timely resolution of any integration-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and support Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio (support only).
  • Perform triage and troubleshooting for integration and batch job failures.
  • Coordinate integration reruns, data corrections, and incident resolution processes.
  • Validate data flows between Workday and various downstream/upstream systems.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release validation for integrations.
  • Maintain and update integration runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other operational documentation.

Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience supporting Workday integrations, specifically with EIB, Core Connectors, and PECI.
  • Strong understanding of Workday inbound and outbound data flows.
  • Proven experience in production support and incident management.
  • Ability to effectively analyze logs, error messages, and data exceptions to identify root causes.
  • Working knowledge of security principles, data privacy regulations, and access controls within Workday.
  • Good communication skills to facilitate coordination with functional teams and L3 partners.
