Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EV Charging Site Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of a electric vehicle (EV) charging site. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable charger uptime, supporting fleet customers, coordinating maintenance, assisting with site development, and optimizing overall site performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, facilities management, EV infrastructure, or telematics, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of one EV charging sites within a defined geographic area
  • Monitor charger performance, uptime, and utilization; quickly respond to faults or outages
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers using the site
  • Ensure sites are safe, clean, and fully operational at all times
  • Support onboarding of new fleet customers, including training on charging systems and best practices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues as they arise
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and ongoing support of telematics devices in fleet vehicles
  • Assist with site development activities, including site buildout, equipment installation coordination, and ongoing site enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards


Qualifications:

Experience working with fleet customers or commercial clients is highly preferred

Familiarity with EV charging systems (Level 2 and DC fast charging preferred)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Basic understanding of electrical systems and networking


Working Conditions:

On-site

Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend support as needed
