We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Live Stream Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution and growth of our live commerce channels. You will ensure high-quality, engaging broadcasts across TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, and YouTube, while driving operational efficiency, performance metrics, and strategic scaling of livestream sales.

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate livestreams—ensuring all hosts, products, and campaigns are aligned with goals and timelines.
  • Manage technical operations, including OBS, TikTok Live Studio, cameras, lighting, and audio equipment setup and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain inventory readiness for featured products; coordinate pre- and post-show logistics with warehouse and fulfillment teams.
  • Monitor real-time metrics during live streams (viewership, engagement, conversion); optimize tactics such as CTAs, bundles, and limited-time offers.
  • Conduct post-stream reviews; compile detailed performance reports and use insights to refine future episodes.
  • Work closely with hosts, marketing, and product teams to align content strategy, promotions, and brand messaging.
  • Train and oversee production crew or freelancers—camera operators, editors, moderators—to maintain professional broadcast standards.
  • Implement process improvements—checklists, run sheets, backup plans—to minimize downtime and technical errors.
  • Stay updated on livestream commerce trends, platform features, and compliance standards relevant to nutrition claims.
Requirements:
