We are a health supplement company aiming at establishing superior quality and science-based products and a powerful, reliable brand. The kind of Marketing Manager we seek will be able to spur brand expansion by using influencer relationships, creative content, brand execution, and B2B relationships with retailers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and work with relationships with influencers, KOLs, MCN companies, and marketing agencies
• Lead the creation and management of marketing materials, including posters, ad creatives, and promotional templates
• Develop and execute brand positioning, brand concepts, and packaging strategy
• Work closely with retailers and distributors on B2B marketing initiatives
• Build and manage the company’s own brand social media accounts
• Plan content strategy, posting calendar, and community engagement in social media platform, monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly

Qualifications:

• 1-3years of experience in marketing, brand management, or growth marketing
• Experience working with influencers, agencies, or MCN companies
• Strong understanding of branding, packaging, and creative production
• Supplements, wellness, experiences are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and retail collaboration is preferred
• Strong communication and project management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social platforms
• Startup or fast-growing brand experience
• Experience in ecommerce and supplement industry

Salary：55,000-65,000 based on experience and what you bring to the table.
