Position Description:

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced WorkForce Software Deployment Lead to support the ATLAS program โ€” a large-scale transformation initiative deploying enterprise workforce management solutions to 55,000+ employees across the United States and Canada. This role will play a critical part in designing, configuring, and deploying a modern timekeeping and workforce management platform across multiple waves. Program Scope The ATLAS program is modernizing workforce management capabilities across North American operations, including: Time tracking Scheduling (standard & job-based) Absence management Compliance reporting Enterprise workforce analytics Key Responsibilities End-to-End SDLC Support Lead and support full lifecycle implementation: Requirements gathering Design Build & configuration Testing Training Deployment Post-go-live support WorkForce Software Expertise Hands-on experience configuring and deploying: Time & Attendance Standard Scheduling Job Scheduling Absence Case Tracking Reporting modules

Experience Preferred:

Experience working in an automotive manufacturing environment Strong understanding of union and non-union workforce requirements Familiarity with complex manufacturing shift operations, including rotating shifts, plant schedules, and job-based scheduling Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations (10,000+ employees) Knowledge of Canadian labor regulations, timekeeping laws, and leave of absence requirements Background in project management and/or business analysis, preferably within enterprise HR or workforce systems deployments
