Skills Required:

·        Enterprise WFM configuration experience (WFS preferred, UKG/Kronos, Day force, SAP Success Factors)

·        Advanced SQL and ETL development experience

·        API / data integration experience (REST, SOAP, XML, flat files)

·        Strong technical/business requirements translation skills

·        Agile / Jira experience

Experience Required:

·        10+ years IT experience in large-scale enterprise environments

·        Workforce Software (WFS) hands-on experience

·        Hands-on WFM configuration for 10,000+ employee environments

·        HR/Payroll data integration and system support experience

·        Experience with union work rules and manufacturing environments

·        Familiarity with Canadian labor regulations (FLSA, provincial laws)

Preferred Experience:

Cloud data tools (Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, etc.)

Automotive or industrial manufacturing experience
Education Required:
Bachelor''s Degree

Location: Dearborn, MI [Hybrid 4 days/week in office, 1 day remote]
