We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workforce Scheduler to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the right employees are scheduled at the right time to support operational needs while maintaining labor efficiency.

The Workforce Scheduler is responsible for building and maintaining employee schedules using forecasted demand, labor budgets, staffing models, and employee availability. This role requires strong organizational skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and publish employee schedules based on forecasted demand and labor budgets
  • Monitor attendance patterns and adjust schedules to ensure proper operational coverage
  • Optimize labor usage while maintaining service and performance standards
  • Maintain scheduling data within workforce management systems
  • Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and operational priorities
  • Assist employees with availability updates, time-off requests, and scheduling questions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare reports on labor utilization, overtime trends, and coverage gaps
