Schedule: 40 hrs/Week. - (1st shift)
Hours of shift: 6-8 hours day / 30 - 40 hours a week, can be reduced once processes are fully automated Start and end time flexible, but core working shift 09:00 - 16:00 Eastern Time (US)
Position can be onsite, Hybrid or remote but must work the core hours
About the Opportunity:
  • Financial Analyst or Commission Specialist with strong finance acumen.
  • Responsible for executing the full commission cycle (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
  • Commission Approval Workflow Management.
  • Manage the monthly commission approval cycle within Anaplan.
  • Coordinate multi-step approval workflows (Managers โ†’ Directors โ†’ VPs โ†’ Sales Finance โ†’ Head of Sales Finance).

  • Execute monthly commission timelines and validation.

What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of Hands-on experience with commission processes, including calculations and compensation logic.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or Commission Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing workflows and stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to analyze and improve existing processes and drive automation initiatives.
  • Good stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales Leadership.
  • Experience with Anaplan.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan or tools.
