Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Developer with 7+ years of experience in enterprise integrations, HR systems, and automation. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable integrations between Workday and various internal/external systems using Workday studio.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations (inbound/outbound)

● Develop integrations using:

○ Workday Studio

○ Core Connectors (REST/SOAP)

○ EIB, Cloud Connect

● Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

● Integrate Workday with systems such as payroll, benefits, finance, and third-party SaaS tools

● Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and failures

● Implement data transformation, mapping, and error handling strategies

● Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are followed

● Maintain technical documentation and integration architecture diagrams

● Support Workday releases and regression testing

Required Qualifications

● 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and development

● Strong hands-on experience with:

○ Workday Studio

○ EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

○ Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)

● Experience building end-to-end automation workflows and APIs

● Strong understanding of HRIS and Finance systems integration

● Proficiency in:

○ XML, XSLT, JSON

○ Web services (REST/SOAP)

● Experience with authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, etc.)

● Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

● Experience in enterprise SaaS environments

● Familiarity with security, data privacy, and compliance standards

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice-to-Have

● Experience with reporting tools (Workday Reports, Prism Analytics)
