Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday integration technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using:
    • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
    • Core Connectors
    • Studio
    • Workday Web Services (WWS)
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • PECI/PICOF
  • Build inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems, including SAP HR and FICO modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and system errors.
  • Monitor and maintain existing integrations for performance and reliability.
  • Support Workday enhancement, and upgrade projects.
  • Create technical documentation, mapping specifications, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Security, and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Participate in testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.


Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Workday Studio
    • EIB
    • Core Connectors
    • XML/XSLT
    • Web Services APIs
  • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Financial business processes.
  • Experience with middleware or integration platforms is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
