We are looking for a hands on WorkDay developer. This person will fully understand how the HCM modules work and will be able to customize workflows and finetune the system. They will be highly focused on Performance Management and Performance Metrics within workday. This person will be very analytical, and will be deeply involved in customizations as a full subject matter expert. Almost like a hands on Architect. The client expects someone with thick skin who can take direction.
