TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer's individual Workday solution.
TopBloc is seeking Workday Implementation or Workday Post Production Consultants interested in contract opportunities. We are looking for experienced professionals at the Consultant II, Senior, Principal, or Managing Consultant level (title will be based on experience) who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring the drive to contribute to client success.
Requirements (What We're Looking For):
  • 1+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday configurations for clients of varying sizes and complexity (Amount of experience dependent on specific contract/client needs)
  • 2+ years of proven experience in client facing role (preferred)
  • Current or prior Workday certification in one or more areas (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, Integrations, or Project Management) (Strongly Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of business processes, operational policies, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project execution, including financial management and contractual management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to diverse client needs
  • Passion for client advocacy, customer service excellence, and long-term partnership building

Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
  • Develop a strong understanding of client's business objectives, policies, and contractual expectations
  • Act on behalf of the client to ensure Workday solutions and implementation decisions align with their internal policies, business objectives, and contractual obligations
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and the implementation partner ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into technical and functional solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements across Workday functional areas
  • Support the review, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations and integrations to ensure successful outcomes
  • Work with a sense of urgency and effectively utilize all resources available to support both client and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively manage client relationships and needs to prevent escalations where possible
  • Provide high-quality service and support to ensure successful client outcomes across both implementation and post-production projects.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and continuous learning initiatives to strengthen team capabilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed based on client requests
