Job Title: Senior Workday Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive HRIS administration experience focusing on core systems and benefits technology.
  • Dual HRIS Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring Workforce Now.
  • Integrations Expertise: Proven success managing complex multi-system environments involving third-party benefit portals and carrier connections.
  • Workforce Now Administration: WFN Administration: Maintain Workforce Now system architecture, job structures, and core worker records, ensuring synchronized operational workflow between source system.
  • Feature Releases & Updates: Lead evaluation, sandbox regression testing, and deployment for bi-annual ongoing system updates.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build, maintain, and run custom reports, calculated fields, and executive dashboards in Workday (Report Writer) and to support cross-functional business decisions.
  • Payroll Reconciliation & Data Governance
  • Deduction Audits: Perform weekly and monthly audits comparing source system compensation updates, payroll deductions, total rewards data, and billing statements.
  • Data Security & Hygiene: Enforce strict Domain Security Policies (DSPs) in Workday and access controls in to ensure Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is protected in compliance with internal security guidelines.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Deep familiarity with US benefit.
