Laborer
Earth Work Solutions - Douglas Branch
Earth Work Solutions is looking for Laborers to join our Douglas branch. This position will assist with roustabout duties, including fencing and general labor on a variety of projects.
Job Duties:
  • Assist with roustabout work
  • Help with fencing projects
  • Perform general labor as needed
  • Load, unload, and move materials
  • Follow directions from supervisors and crew leads
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday (occasional weekends if project needs require it)
  • 10-14 hour shifts, depending on the project
  • Seasonal work with potential for permanent employment this fall
Requirements:
  • Must be dependable and willing to work long shifts
  • Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
  • Must follow safety procedures
  • Previous labor, fencing, or roustabout experience is helpful but not required
