You will handle account inquiries and help customers navigate their loan with ease. Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records and transaction histories.
  • Handle inquiries related to account balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns with professionalism.
  • Work with customers to collect past due balances.
  • Identify and present loan options based on customer eligibility and account history.
  • Gather information from new clients and complete electronic documentation to open new accounts.
  • Work toward monthly performance goals, including collections, outbound, and inbound calls.
  • Deliver a great customer service experience.
  • Collaborate with branch team members to ensure completeness of customer files.
Compensation
  • Pay range: $20-$22
