Job description

JOTO PR Disruptors™
Tampa, FL
Is expanding fast – Looking for a dedicated
Account Sales Representative
(Remote position)

If you're energized by real conversations with visionary founders and executives building the future — not by selling commodities — we'd love to hear from you!

Salary and other benefits:
Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a competitive base salary while you train, plus uncapped commissions on the recurring revenue you create. Our three-year model shows a realistic progression of approximately $142K in Year 1, $274K in Year 2 and $353K in Year 3 for representatives who meet expected production. Additionally, we offer:

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Two (2) weeks of paid vacation annually.
  • Paid Holidays: JOTO PR observes 10 paid U.S. holidays each year:

Compensation details:
We believe top sales professionals deserve transparency. That's why we clearly outline both our compensation structure and earning potential.

  • Starting Base Salary: $6,000/month
  • Average Base During Ramp Period: Approximately $4,200/month over the seven-month ramp period. During this time, your base salary gradually transitions as your commissions increase.
  • Beginning Month 8: Compensation transitions to 100% commission, providing unlimited earning potential.
  • Commission: Earn up to 22% of collected Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), plus residual commissions on retained client revenue in accordance with our compensation plan.
  • Earning Potential:
  • Year 1: Up to $142,487+
  • Year 2: Up to $274,127+
  • Year 3: Up to $353,067+

The Year 1 earnings shown are based on the actual first-year performance achieved under our compensation structure. Year 2 and Year 3 earnings represent realistic income potential for Account Representatives who consistently achieve quota, build recurring Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), retain clients, and continue progressing within our proven compensation plan. As with any sales position, individual earnings will vary based on individual performance and results.

About our company:

JOTO PR Disruptors™ doesn't chase headlines — we change the narrative. As the world's leading Anti-PR® agency, we help visionary technology companies reshape the court of public opinion before they reshape industries. We partner with CEOs and founders commercializing disruptive innovations in artificial intelligence, healthcare, cybersecurity, fintech, robotics and enterprise software. Our clients aren't following markets — they're creating them. Our job is to make sure the market understands why they matter before everyone else does.

Career Growth & Leadership Opportunities

At JOTO PR, we believe in promoting from within. As we continue to expand, we are building the next generation of sales leaders from our own team. Our career path is designed to reward performance, leadership, and results:

Account Representative → Senior Account Representative → Sales Manager → Director of Sales → Vice President of Sales

We promote based on results, leadership, and contribution—not tenure. High-performing Account Representatives who consistently exceed quota, demonstrate leadership, mentor others, and help build our sales organization can advance rapidly. An exceptional Account Representative can realistically progress to Vice President of Sales within approximately 3–5 years, depending on individual performance and the continued growth of JOTO PR.
Unlike many larger organizations where advancement depends on vacancies or years of service, JOTO PR is a growing entrepreneurial company where advancement is earned through merit. If you create value, demonstrate leadership, and help drive our expansion, we will create opportunities for you to grow with us.

Why you should join our group:

  • We hire for careers, not jobs: Account Representative → Senior Account Representative → Sales Strategist → Vice President of Sales → Chief Revenue Officer.
  • You are never on your own: executive coaching from leadership, a dedicated Sales Strategist as your mentor, BDR support, marketing-generated opportunities and AI-powered sales tools.
  • Your statistics tell your story. Rising production brings higher earnings, greater responsibility and faster advancement; down trending production is handled immediately through coaching and training, so every representative becomes a top producer.
  • You will be assisted by a robust, multi-channel lead generation system.
  • As your book of recurring business grows, your earnings compound.

Our Location:  4830 West Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, FL 33609 — www.jotopr.com
Your schedule: Full time.

Note: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Work from anywhere in the United States. JOTO PR has successfully operated as a fully remote company since 2015, providing our team with the flexibility to work from home while collaborating daily through modern communication and sales technologies. We believe results—not geography—drive success.

Your mission & responsibilities as Account Sales Representative:

  • Open and close new business with founders and executive teams of disruptive technology companies.
  • Follow the JOTO sales process and generate new Monthly Recurring Revenue every month.
  • Earn account ownership through consistent performance and exceptional client service, then keep it by meeting our account management standards.
  • Expand your accounts through upsells and renewals that increase recurring revenue.
  • Keep your statistics rising, working closely with your Sales Strategist.

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience selling a service or solution to executive decision-makers. [minimum 3 years]
  • Able to hold a strategic conversation with a CEO about their market.
  • Comfortable building recurring revenue rather than chasing one-off deals.

Preferred soft skills:

  • Self-driven and accountable for your own numbers.
  • Coachable — you want mentoring, not only autonomy.
  • Genuinely curious about technology and its builders.
  • Persistent and disciplined through slower months.
  • Integrity in every client relationship.

Thank you for sending your application online.
