The Customer Account Representative plays a key role within a medium-sized customer service team of 6-10 members, providing dedicated account management and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role focuses on effective communication and timely follow-up to maintain strong client relationships. There is no travel required, and the position offers clear opportunities for advancement to a Senior Representative role.
