We are seeking a strategic Webinar Marketing Manager to act as the primary architect of our hosted and 3rd party webinar programs. This role sits at the critical intersection of Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales. You won't just be "running Zooms"- you will be translating industry trends, product value propositions and use cases into high-engagement events. You'll own the entire lifecycle, from the calendar creation to the first promotional email in Marketo to the follow up sequence in Outreach and post event on demand promotions. In addition to owning the webinar program you will also contribute to other demand gen initiatives as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Planning and Strategy
  • Own calendar of 15+ webinars a month. Planning targeted, compelling webinar themes & topics in partnership with Campaigns and Product Marketing, managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Align strategy with broader Demand Generation campaigns and Field events, ensuring webinar offers align with themes, buyers' journey and pipeline goals.
  • Work with presenters (Customers, Prod. Marketing, Subject Matter Experts) to ensure they deliver valuable, compelling content.
  • Ensure all campaign assets (landing pages, emails, social, slide decks) adhere to current messaging and brand guidelines.

Driving Registration & Audience Growth
  • Develop targeted multi-channel promotion plan (email, web, social, 3rd party associations & publications) to drive registrations and attendance.
  • Manage program execution including timeline, deliverables, specifications, and SLAs to rapidly generate compelling high-converting landing page and email copy, social snippets, for multi-channel promotions. Leverage AI to and speed up execution and optimize.
  • Work with Campaign opps team to build and manage programs in Marketo, including registration forms, confirmation triggers, and calendar invites.
  • Database Segmentation: Identify and target specific segments to ensure the right audience is targeted.

Day-of Production & Execution
  • Technical directing within the Zoom platform, managing the green room, audio/video checks, and slide transitions.
  • Live Engagement: Moderate live Q&A, launch strategic polls, and manage "Call to Action" buttons to drive mid-webinar demo requests.
  • Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical glitches, ensuring a seamless experience for speakers and attendees.
  • AI Repurposing: Use AI video tools to identify high-value moments and quickly clip them for "snackable" social content for the campaigns, email team, and sales reps.

Sales Enablement & Follow-Up
  • Build and deploy sequences in Outreach for XDRs, including personalized talking points and offers based on attendee engagement.
  • Configure automated workflows to ensure "Hot Leads" are routed to the appropriate AE in Salesforce immediately.
  • Translate attendee behaviors (e.g., questions asked, time spent) into "intent signals" visible to Sales within their SFDC view.
  • Deliver a 24-hour turnaround kit for Sales, including a session summary, attendee "hot lists," and pre-written email templates.

Performance Reporting
  • Use Tableau, SFDC and Marketo to track and report on end to end campaign performance
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing campaign and tactic performance using data-driven insights.
  • Optimizing based on performance and targets

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years in B2B Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Diplomat, proven experience partnering with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, Marketing Campaigns, and Sales to hit demand gen. pipeline targets.
  • Experience with Zoom Webinars, Marketo, Stensul, OutReach, Asana, Tableau and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Sales Engagement - Experience working in a tight sales-marketing partnership; enable XDR with pre and post event engagement
  • Proficiency in AI tools for copy generation and in event engagement and program scaling
  • Knowledge and experience in demand gen campaigns (i.e. cost per lead, meeting makers, sponsored webinars) a plus, as the role may include diving in to assist with demand gen campaigns
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and keep the team informed of status.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude who can prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment, with excellent time management skills.

COMPENSATION:
  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $90k - $105k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
