Position: VP Demand Generation
Location: Remote (United States)
Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven VP Demand Generation to lead and scale our global demand generation function. This executive-level role will be responsible for building and executing a high-impact growth strategy focused on pipeline generation, revenue acceleration, customer acquisition, and brand positioning across outbound and digital channels.
Reporting to the COO, the VP Demand Generation will oversee the entire demand generation engine, including campaign strategy, marketing automation, lead generation, lifecycle marketing, database growth, analytics, and sales alignment. This leader will play a critical role in driving predictable revenue growth and establishing the organization as a market leader within the SaaS ecosystem.
This is a remote opportunity based in the United States.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the overall demand generation strategy aligned with company growth and revenue objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email marketing, paid media, webinars, SMS, partnerships, and outbound programs.
  • Build scalable pipeline generation strategies that consistently deliver qualified leads and revenue opportunities for the sales organization.
  • Establish and optimize full-funnel lead nurturing frameworks to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Drive innovation and experimentation across acquisition channels, leveraging data-driven insights to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Partner closely with Business Development, Client Success, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Own marketing operations, automation, CRM strategy, lead scoring models, attribution reporting, and funnel analytics.
  • Develop sophisticated reporting frameworks, forecasting models, and performance dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
  • Oversee database strategy and audience segmentation to ensure scalable and accurate prospect targeting.
  • Lead the development of high-performing sales enablement and outbound communication assets including email sequences, landing pages, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and thought leadership content.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer trends, competitive positioning, and growth levers through ongoing market research and analytics.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing demand generation and growth marketing team.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on annual planning, revenue forecasting, budget allocation, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensure strong alignment between marketing performance metrics and company-wide revenue goals.
Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or revenue marketing roles, with significant leadership experience.
  • Proven success in scaling B2B SaaS demand generation functions and driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in outbound marketing, lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience leading large-scale, data-driven marketing strategies across multiple acquisition channels.
