• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, developing personalized treatment plans based on best practices and validated therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide therapeutic interventions remotely, adapting techniques as necessary to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with an exceptional interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers—through regular virtual consultations to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Take part in ongoing professional development through case consultations, webinars, and peer review meetings, applying new knowledge to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
• Provide educational resources to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and treatment options, and connecting them to community resources when appropriate.

This position primarily focuses on children and adolescents in school settings, presenting opportunities to implement school-based interventions that address academic, social, and emotional difficulties. Your role will directly contribute to fostering resilience and improving overall student well-being, helping them navigate challenges in both school and home environments.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in remote delivery of therapy utilizing various modalities tailored to clients’ needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for establishing rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Experience working in school settings or with adolescent populations is highly desired.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and digital health records.
• Advanced training in solution-focused psychotherapy approaches and techniques.
