This position is uniquely suited for a licensed therapist who thrives in a remote work environment. As part of our telehealth service model, you will leverage technology to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring that clients are comfortable and supported. You will maintain a flexible schedule, with regular business hours and some evening availability as the needs of your clients dictate. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments via telehealth to understand the mental health needs of clients and establish collaborative treatment goals.
• Deliver individual counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and short-term therapy strategies to address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops that focus on specific issues relevant to our client population, including anxiety management, stress relief techniques, and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and wellness coaches, to create a supportive network for clients.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and destigmatization through webinars and online resources.
• Ensure that all client records are meticulously maintained and managed in accordance with ethical and legal standards to protect confidentiality.

Your primary focus will be on providing support to a wide array of clients who seek improved mental health courtesy of our remote services. This includes children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Understanding and addressing the unique circumstances of each client is crucial to our mission, and your expertise will play an essential role in their healing journey.

• A valid, active license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline preferred.
• Proven understanding of mental health issues faced by diverse populations, particularly in a remote therapeutic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with a virtual team.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based practices suitable for a community mental health context, particularly within telehealth frameworks.

• Previous experience in a remote counseling or telehealth role.
• Familiarity with managing a technology-based client management system to maintain organization and efficiency in service delivery.
• Experience in facilitating workshops or group therapy sessions in an online format.
• A strong commitment to professional development and a willingness to share knowledge with team members and clients.
