Digital Consultants seeks an AV/IT Program Manager to oversee all aspects of the MSCoE G6 AV/IT Support contract at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The role leads personnel, maintains performance standards, and ensures operational readiness of AV/IT systems across all supported facilities. This position is on-site and contingent upon award.


Location: Fort Leonard Wood, MO


Duties to include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the COR and MSCoE G6 leadership.
  • Manage contract performance, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee help desk, Tier 1, and Tier 2 service delivery operations.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD, Army, MSCoE, and cybersecurity regulations.
  • Approve and submit weekly, monthly, annual reports, and all contract deliverables.
  • Provide strategic planning for lifecycle management and system upgrades.
  • Lead quality assurance and ensure compliance with QASP performance metrics.
  • Coordinate event support staffing and readiness planning.
  • Implement corrective action plans and manage risks/issues.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and performance records.
Requirements:
  • Clearance: Secret
  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or higher preferred. PMP or ITIL certification preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, AV Technology, or related field required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of five (5) years of AV/IT operations management or federal contract management experience required. Experience supporting DoD or federal technical service contracts preferred
    • Strong understanding of AV/IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity requirements.
    • Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and meet mission timelines.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
    • Experience supporting DoD or federal technical service contracts.
    • Prior experience with AV control systems, IT network infrastructure, and collaboration platforms is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to travel to other worksites as required and with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.
