We do that by being the center of communities, serving more than 260,000 individuals annually through 25 traditional Y facilities located in St. Louis City, eight Missouri counties and six Illinois counties, as well as YMCA Trout Lodge and YMCA Camp Lakewood, the YMCA Community Development Branch, and our Washington University Campus Y Branch.   • Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities.
  • Works with director to determine current needs for program.
  • Ensure implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
  • Manage communication through media relations, social media, etc
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda.
  • Support growth and program development.• Direct and supervise all staff and their responsibilities.
  • Compose scheduling for childwatch attendants
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences.
  • Responsible for ensuring the safety of all children.
  • Ensure the individual needs of the children are met
  • Ensure proper coordination of the program.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

  • College Degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
