Job description

Test Program Integrator (Experienced & Senior)

Company:

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking Test Program Integrators (TPI) to be located in Berkeley, MO supporting the Phantom Works, Test Beds, & Strategic Capabilities Test Program Management organization.

Our organization is focused on modifying, certifying, and operating experimental aircraft to be used as flying laboratories to acquire engineering research data for Boeing program customers. The TPI role is responsible for test design, implementation, and verification of flight test related activities across the portfolio of Phantom Works activities. The role requires significant coordination with internal and external customers, suppliers, and cross-functional team members.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Test Program Integrators.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate flight test efforts with responsible engineers from internal and external customers, to include collecting and defining test requirements, data requirements, instrumentation systemdefinition/installation,test assets and spares, aircraft modification and de-modifications requirements and timelines, FAA certification requirements, etc.

  • Partner with program engineering teams to determine system test requirements and design appropriate aircraft modification plans to allow for full lifecycle system integration & test activities

  • Develop detailed test procedures, instrumentation layouts, and configuration definitions needed to perform the tests and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan

  • Design test approaches and analyze, process, and format data to verify customer requirements

  • Prepare and publish test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements

  • Design test hardware, software, and systems to achieve test requirements

  • Plan, coordinate, and maintain the configuration of test aircraft and assets

  • Report test program status to BT&E management

  • Support post-flight performance data evaluations and present test results internally

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

  • 3+ years of experience with flight test, flight operations, or system test

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with requirements elicitation, refinement, and verification

  • Experience with aircraft instrumentation system design implementation and application in flight test environment

  • Experience in mission systems integration and test

  • Active Secret US DoD Clearance
