We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead center performance across sales, operations, team development, and client experience within a fast-growing, premium wellness & longevity brand.

This role is for a purpose-driven leader who is passionate about helping people feel better, perform at a higher level, and invest in their long-term health. You will play a key role in driving sales and overall business growth while delivering a premium wellness experience and achieving measurable results.

We are opening multiple locations across Greater Raleigh with opportunity for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive center revenue and membership growth through consultative, goal-focused sales 
  • Lead client onboarding and guide members on their wellness and longevity journey
  • Execute local marketing, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, sales and service-driven team 
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, elevated center experience 
  • Deliver a personalized, results-driven client experience that drives retention and referrals
