The Resident Wellness Associate is responsible for promoting and maintaining the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents our senior living and memory care community. This position works closely with the healthcare team to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Encourage residents to participate in social and recreational activities
  • Provide emotional support to residents and their families
  • Assist with meal service and ensure that residents receive proper nutrition
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Performs daily housekeeping
  • Serves residents meals
  • Ensures residents dignity and respect
  • Answers call bells
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with seniors preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions
