They assist clients with wellness programs, provide information on health products or services, and sometimes lead wellness-related activities or classes. Their role may include customer service, education, and administrative duties, all aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles. Wellness Associates often work as part of a team to ensure a positive and supportive environment for clients.

What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

These competencies enable Wellness Associates to effectively support customers’ health goals, provide tailored recommendations, and foster a positive environment.

How does a Wellness Associate typically collaborate with other departments to support employee well-being?

Wellness Associates often work closely with HR, benefits teams, and sometimes external wellness vendors to design and implement programs that support employee health. Job description

WELLNESS ASSOCIATE

Rosewood Market + Deli | Columbia, SC | Full-Time & Part-Time

$15.00 / hour to start

At Rosewood Market, our Wellness Associates wear two hats, and wear them well. Day to day, you'll primarily be working the register, providing the same warm, attentive checkout experience our customers have come to expect. But when a customer has a question about a probiotic, an herbal remedy, or what magnesium supplement is right for them, you're the person we want them to find.

This isn't a strictly wellness-focused role, but your wellness knowledge makes you invaluable to us and to our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Operate the register accurately and efficiently as your primary day-to-day responsibility

Greet every customer warmly and create a welcoming, memorable checkout experience

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers with questions about wellness products, supplements, vitamins, and natural remedies

Assist with wellness department upkeep; stocking, rotating, and maintaining product displays and signage

Support wellness product ordering and inventory as needed and directed

Stay current on the wellness products we carry and any new arrivals or promotions

Direct customers to the right product, department, or team member when needed

Maintain a clean and organized checkout and wellness area

Communicate through company-designated platforms including Homebase and email

Treat every customer and co-worker with courtesy, patience, and respect

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

A genuine passion for wellness, natural health, and holistic living

Working knowledge of supplements, vitamins, herbs, or natural health products - this is what sets you apart

A natural people person; warm, approachable, and confident in customer interactions

Prior retail, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred

Ability to speak knowledgeably about wellness products without overstepping into medical advice

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment

Dependable, punctual, and available including weekends

A positive attitude and team-first mindset

WHAT YOU GET:

$15.00 per hour to start

Paid Time Off

Company Vision and Dental Plans

25% - 50% RWM Employee Discount

No overnight shifts - we close by 8pm Monday-Saturday, 6pm Sunday

A tight-knit team where your expertise is genuinely valued

Real room to grow, most of our leads and managers started on the floor

The chance to be part of something that matters: a local, independent market rooted in community and quality since 1972
