Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer a variety of wellness therapies including Halotherapy (salt room), cryotherapy, biomat, pulsed electromagnetic frequency (PEMF) treatments, Sound Focus, and other services.

- Open and close wellness treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are prepared and maintained.

- Provide clear explanations of treatments, including post-visit care instructions, to members.

- Obtain or confirm informed consent prior to administering services.

- Monitor and track client progress throughout their visits.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Vitality Service rooms and public areas.

- Manage supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

- Adhere to safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a wellness, healthcare, or spa setting preferred.

- Knowledge of wellness therapies such as cryotherapy, salt therapy, PEMF, and related treatments is a plus.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to explain complex treatments in a clear and professional manner.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
