The Weekend Shift Haeger Machine Operator (Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining Haeger machines to ensure efficient and precise assembly of components.

This position is responsible for setting up the machine, monitoring its operation, and making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and meet production targets. The operator contributes to continuous production flow and helps minimize downtime while working primarily weekend shifts.

Attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols are essential to ensure both product quality and a safe working environment. This role supports the manufacturing team by delivering consistent, high-quality output that meets company and customer expectations.

Schedule

Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience operating Haeger machines or similar manufacturing equipment
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine machine maintenance
  • Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification or training in machine operation or manufacturing processes
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or work orders
