General Labor / Machine Operator

Location: Temecula, CA
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Labor / Machine Operator to join our client's team in Temecula. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, willing to learn, and able to perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

  • Operate basic production and manufacturing equipment following training and safety procedures

  • Load and unload materials and products

  • Assist with production, assembly, and general warehouse duties

  • Inspect materials and finished products for quality

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or machine operating experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to learn and operate production equipment

  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
