Volt is hiring Rotating 12 hour shift - General Laborers / Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Willows, CA.
As a General Laborers / Machine Operator you will:
  • Handle, package, and prepare fiberglass products for shipment
  • Operate production, manufacturing, and packaging machinery in a high-volume environment
  • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
  • Perform detailed quality inspections to ensure products meet manufacturing standards
  • Accurately document production counts, materials used, and quality results
  • Follow strict safety procedures and properly use required PPE (steel-toe boots, eyewear, earplugs, hard hat)
  • Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance of production areas
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

This is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
  • Rotating 12-hour shifts: 7 days / 7 nights
  • High-volume, industrial manufacturing environment

Requirements:
  • Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting of 20 lbs throughout the shift
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or general labor
  • Experience operating industrial equipment or working on a production line is a plus
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Comfortable working around machinery, noise, fiberglass materials, and temperature variations
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must meet all prescreening requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
