Job description


The Foam Machine Operator will serve our Montgomery, AL Division, located in Montgomery, AL.
Responsibilities
  • Must be able to operate HK-270 and HK-650 Foam machines.
  • Must be familiar with operation and maintenance of Gussmer guns.
  • Must be able to maintain daily reports for ISO 9000 detailing use and mixture of foam chemicals.
  • Will be required to monitor oven temperatures when using HK-270 and Gussmer guns.
  • Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
  • Observe all departmental safety requirements.
  • Practice and support Rheem values with internal as well as external customers.
  • May be exposed to high noise levels, heat, dust and airborne particles.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals.
  • Continuous lifting of 0-1 lbs
  • Frequent lifting of 1-5 lbs
  • Occasional lifting of 5-25 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, walk and/or lift repetitively during shift.
  • Must be able to frequently lift in unsupported positions as well as bend, twist/turn, reach, push/pull.
