We are looking for a person with experience in production to join our Foam department as a Picker.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Select and pack foam products according to customer orders
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of product delivery
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain inventory levels
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

  • Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Forklift Certification
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Ability to operate packaging equipment
  • Experience with foam products

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
