Machine Operator Positions – Fort Worth, TX 76137
(Foam Railing Carousel, De-coil Machine, Orbital Wrapper)
Join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX (76137)! We are hiring Machine Operators for several roles in our manufacturing facility. If you have a background in construction or manufacturing—or are eager to learn—this is your opportunity.


(1) Machine Operator – Foam Railing Carousel
  • Shift: 5am to 1:30pm (mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs)
  • Pay Rate: $19 per hour
  • Description: Operate heated mold machine to create foam railings. The work area is warmer due to the machine, but is climate controlled.
  • Experience: Construction background highly recommended; training provided for the right candidate.

(1) Machine Operator – De-coil Machine
  • Shift: 3pm to 11:30pm (mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs)
  • Pay Rate: $19 per hour, plus $2 shift differential when transitioned to 2nd shift
  • Description: Set up, program, and operate de-coil machine to cut blank sheet metal to length from coil stock. Perform and log quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Requirements: Experience with machinery is a plus. Must be fluent in using a tape measure at the 1/16" scale. Tools used include tape measure, nail/staple guns, cordless drills, saws, and other basic hand tools.

(1) Machine Operator – Orbital Wrapper
  • Shift: 3pm to 11:30pm (mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs)
  • Pay Rate: $19 per hour, plus $2 shift differential when transitioned to 2nd shift
  • Description: Operate automated wrapping machine to package finished cooler panels with stretch film for shipment. Load materials, monitor operation, inspect product quality, and ensure panels are properly wrapped.
  • Preferred Experience: Manufacturing or machine operation experience. Forklift experience highly preferred.
