Job description

We are looking for a Machine Operator to operate a foam cutting machine and produce foam products according to specific size and measurement requirements.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable measuring materials, reading machine settings, and accurately adjusting the machine to cut foam to the required width and height. Attention to detail is extremely important, as the operator will be responsible for ensuring finished products meet the required specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor a foam cutting machine safely and efficiently
  • Measure foam and materials accurately before and during production
  • Read and understand machine measurements and settings
  • Set and adjust the machine to achieve the required width and height
  • Verify machine settings before beginning each production run
  • Monitor cuts to ensure products meet required specifications
  • Measure finished products for accuracy and quality
  • Make adjustments to machine settings when necessary
  • Identify and report machine or production issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Maintain consistent production while focusing on accuracy and quality
