Job Title: Machine Operator / General Labor

Location: Romeo, MI

Pay Rate:

  • $16.50/hour starting pay

  • Increase to $17.00/hour after 90 days with a performance review

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Mondayโ€“Friday, 3:30 PM โ€“ 12:00 AM

  • Up to 10 hours of overtime available weekly


Job Description

We are seeking dependable and motivated General Labor / Machine Operators to join our production team in Romeo, MI. This position involves material handling and operating production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load rolls of foam and cloth materials onto poles

  • Pull and stack materials together accurately

  • Operate a table saw to cut materials to specification

  • Stack finished materials onto pallets

  • Operate press machines when needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

  • Basic machine operation experience preferred (training provided)

  • Strong attention to detail and safety
