Position Details:

Location: 70 Moffat Ave., Yampa, CO

Expected Schedule: Friday/Saturday/Sunday afternoons, 5-6 hours shifts expected (additional hours may be available during peak times)

Compensation: $16 – $18 per hour, depending on experience + potential end of season performance and attendance bonus.

Expected Start Date: May 22nd


Position Summary:

The Flat Tops Cafe is hiring a dependable Kitchen Assistant to support back-of-house lunch operations on weekends. This role is essential to maintaining kitchen efficiency, cleanliness, and prep execution while working directly with Chef Rob.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food prep and ingredient organization
  • Wash dishes and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen
  • Support kitchen workflow during service
  • Complete cleaning and closing tasks as needed
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
