• Ensure all food meets company quality, presentation, and consistency standards
• Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Conduct performance coaching and disciplinary action when needed
• Partner with the General Manager to drive overall store performance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and organization

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Lead Line Cook
• Strong leadership presence and ability to hold team members accountable
• Ability to work actively on the line in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: $60,000 – $72,000 annually
• Performance-based bonus eligibility
• PTO plan
• Health, dental, and vision benefits
• 401(k) plan
• Daily free meal
• Growth opportunity within Lotus Concepts Management
• A culture focused on excellence, accountability, and development

This is not a purely administrative role. We are looking for a leader who is present, visible, and actively involved in daily execution. The Kitchen Manager sets the tone for discipline, quality, and teamwork in the kitchen.

If you are ready to lead from the front and be part of a growing hospitality group committed to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
