Come work in the fast paced cannabis industry! We are hiring a full-time Kitchen Crew Member/Packager for our production staff at Nature's of Milliken!

General Info:

Heavy preference will be given to candidates who already have their badge to work in the cannabis industry in Colorado. If you don't already have that, you can apply with the State of Colorado.

This is a full time position, and you will generally be scheduled 5 days, 40 hours per week. The schedule for this role would be 8:30 am to 5 pm Tuesday-Saturday.

Pay - $15.16/hour.

We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our dispensary team as a Kitchen Crew Member. This position plays a key role in creating high-quality, cannabis-infused products in a safe and regulated environment. As a member of the kitchen crew, you will assist with the preparation, cooking, and packaging of cannabis-infused edibles, ensuring all products meet our strict quality standards, as well as sanitizing stations while adhering to state and local regulations.
Basic Functions of the Job:

  • Ensure what production work is performed by following standard operating procedures.
  • Weigh and store finished products and ensuring that all pertinent information is recorded in logs
  • Accountable for weighing, labeling, packaging and product logging for accurate inventory control.
  • Ensure that product workstations are sanitized and organized.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • To begin working in any dispensary in Colorado, you must have a valid badge from the State of Colorado to work in the cannabis industry. This badge is obtained at the cost of the candidate/employee, and the company does not reimburse for this.
  • 1-2 years experience in a bakery or confectionary production oriented role highly preferred.
  • Basic math skills required for measuring ingredients, and for packaging.
  • Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively.
  • The bulk of this shift is spent standing, and walking in the kitchen workspace. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Candidate must be able to lift and move equipment and supplies in excess of 35 pounds, with or without assistance.
