Key Responsibilities:

- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas and storage spaces

- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure they are functioning properly

- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety standards

- Restock supplies such as soap, towels, and cleaning agents as needed

- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

- Assist kitchen staff with other cleaning or prep tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a dishwashing or cleaning role preferred

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food service

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
