Job Title: Senior Cardiac Physiotherapist Banding: Band 6/7 Location: London (various locations including patient homes, virtual, and gym in Marylebone) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Rate: £50.00 Per Hour (including all fees) Working Hours: Ad hoc, 1 hour per week initially, with potential to increase including evenings/weekends

Are you an experienced Senior Cardiac Physiotherapist with a proven track record in leading teams and forming effective treatment plans for patients? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our client's multidisciplinary team in providing cardiac rehabilitation for patients. This role offers the flexibility to work ad hoc, starting with 1 hour per week and potentially increasing with patient flow. You will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including patient homes in London, virtually, and in our client's gym in Marylebone. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the cardiac physiotherapy team, forming and implementing treatment plans for patients undergoing cardiac rehabilitation. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing personalised rehabilitation programmes, and providing ongoing support to patients. You will work closely with the MDT to ensure integrated patient care, adapting to various settings such as patient homes and/or virtual consultations. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential to accommodate patient needs. Accurate documentation and adherence to health and safety regulations are crucial.

Qualifications and Experience

• HCPC registration. • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field. • Extensive experience in cardiac physiotherapy, including leading teams. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy. • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
