As a dedicated Wedding Planner, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate, organize, and guide clients through every step of their wedding journey. From the initial booking to the grand exit, your goal is to craft a seamless, 5-star experience that ensures the flawless execution of each event. This key role operates under the direct supervision of the District Planning Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations: Build strong connections with clients by understanding their desires and transforming their wedding dreams into reality at extraordinary venues.
  • Timely Communication: Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours. We believe in providing quick and efficient service—because who enjoys waiting?
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with internal vendors to enhance the bridal experience, leveraging your knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products to impress clients and become their trusted resource for all things wedding-related.
  • Planning Meetings: Organize planning meetings, collect event details, and adhere to the sales process to ensure a structured approach.
  • CRM Management: Complete CRM tasks promptly for diligent client account management, including handling payments and invoices.
  • Rehearsal Leadership: Lead wedding rehearsals to prepare clients for their big day.
  • Day-of Coordination: Act as the primary Wedding Planner on event days, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision and providing a 5-star experience.
  • Team Meetings: Attend weekly meetings and efficiently schedule tasks to stay organized and aligned with team goals.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in event planning or wedding planning is required.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Lifting up to 15 lbs, and walking/standing 8-10 hours.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Drive.
  • Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify.
     

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Full-time: must be available to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Base + Uncapped Commission: Earning potential $60,000-$70,000 annually
    • Commission: Unlimited commission potential, earned for upgrading clients on our in-house services
