Report to: Mike Zucker, Wedding Sales Consultant Manager
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Schedule: Full-Time, Hybrid, Weekends and Holidays Required as Needed
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission and Bonuses, Full benefits, Matching 401k

We're looking for an experienced Wedding Sales Consultant with expertise in weddings and a mastery of event production. This proven salesperson would be responsible for quoting, inspiring, and booking beautiful wedding decor for clients with our production team. The position is based in Chicago with onsite work on peak weekends and 1-2 days/week remote flexibility on weekdays.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Quoting, consulting, and selling floral to brides, grooms, & planners.
  • Create, edit and own your client's wedding proposal, recipe curate, and production notes
  • Venue communication and walkthroughs.
  • Timely and efficient communication with clients.
  • Management of client pipeline in company CRM & recipe software.
  • Assistance with in-studio floral design, marketing events, & installations.
  • Maintain and surpass quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years experience in wedding/event sales with natural affinity for design.
  • Must have a book of business, venue or planner contacts.
  • Experience in internal and external sales.
  • People-person with excellent communication skills & positive demeanor.
  • Comfortable in a team-based environment.
  • Knowledge of flowers, design techniques, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work peak season weekends & key floral holidays.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with quick client turnaround.
  • Ability to conduct urgency with orders and bookings.
