Position Title: Wedding Assistant Intern
Department: Client Experience & Planning
Reports To: Client Experience Manager
Compensation: Unpaid (College Credit Eligible)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Wedding Assistant Intern to support our Client Experience Manager and planning team. This internship offers hands-on experience in wedding planning, client services, project management, and event operations while providing valuable exposure to the luxury events industry.
This position is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields who are looking to gain professional experience and receive academic internship credit.
Responsibilities
Planning & Administrative Support
  • Assist with creating and updating wedding and event timelines.
  • Help maintain planning documents, checklists, and client files.
  • Organize vendor information, contracts, and event details.
  • Conduct venue and vendor research as assigned.
  • Prepare planning materials and support project organization.
Client Experience Support
  • Assist the Client Experience Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Attend internal planning meetings and document notes and action items.
  • Help manage client communication records and planning portals.
  • Support follow-up communications with clients and vendors.
  • Contribute to creating a seamless and exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
  • Eligible to receive academic internship credit (preferred).
