Our Company is an industry leader looking for an experienced Dual Group Sales Manager to join our team. Title of Position: Dual Group Sales Manager


Compensation: $125k plus 30% bonus, paid quarterly.

Job Responsibilities: The Dual Group Sales Manager will provide the development and solicitation of group and catering businesses from all markets to ensure the necessary bookings needed to meet the hotel's group revenue goals. The Dual Group Sales Manager will supervise the Sales and Events department as well as the marketing initiatives for the hotel. This position will also work closely with the Revenue Management team to maximize all revenue opportunities. The Dual Group Sales Manager will produce monthly reports and sales forecasts that accurately reflect current and potential business opportunities and marketing strategies. This position is considered a part of the hotel's leadership committee and will participate in hotel meetings for upcoming events, budget planning, and general operations.

Qualifications: 

·        The Dual Group Sales Manager should always be able to provide consistent support for the success of the operation

·        The Dual Group Sales Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results 

·        A Bachelor's degree is preferred for the Dual Group Sales Manager

·        The Dual Group Sales Manager must have proven sales experience of 3+ years
