Role Overview
We are looking for experienced event planning professionals to support a project focused on improving how AI systems communicate with clients about event organisation and coordination.
You will take part in simulated virtual conversations that reflect real event-planning scenarios, including gathering requirements, proposing solutions, managing challenges, and explaining planning workflows. The role requires practical experience in event coordination, client communication, and problem-solving. Previous AI experience is not required.
CONTRACT: Freelance contractor, paid per completed task
COMMITMENT: Flexible, based on available tasks and project demand
LOCATIONS: Fully remote - USA only
PROCESS: Application review, technical assessment, and onboarding
HOURLY RATE: $50-$100/h
Responsibilities
  • Participate in simulated client and event planner conversations.
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable event solutions.
  • Explain event planning workflows and next steps clearly.
  • Develop realistic scenarios involving timelines, vendors, budgets, and logistics.
  • Identify common planning challenges and propose practical solutions.

Requirements
