Job Title: Senior Web Administrator

Location: Irving, CA (onsite)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Web Administrator with extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise web hosting environments
across multiple on-premises datacenters. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft IIS, Apache HTTP Server, and
NGINX administration, performance optimization, security, troubleshooting, and high-availability architectures supporting mission-critical applications.
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years of experience administering enterprise web server environments.
Expert-level experience with:
o Microsoft IIS
o Apache
o NGINX
Strong experience supporting large-scale production web farms and mission-critical applications.
Hands-on experience with:
o SSL/TLS certificate management
o Reverse proxies and URL rewriting
o Load balancing and high-availability architectures
o Web server performance tuning and capacity planning
o Web server hardening and security best practices
Strong knowledge of:
o HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, DNS, and networking fundamentals
o Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) administration
o Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, Kerberos, and authentication services
Experience troubleshooting complex web, application, operating system, and network-related issues.
Experience with enterprise load balancers such as F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), or HAProxy.
Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of change management, incident management, root cause analysis, and operational best practices.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing environments hosting hundreds of web applications across multiple datacenters.
Experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAF), DMZ environments, and security compliance requirements.
ITIL Foundation or equivalent operational experience.
