Job Description
• Work daily in Oracle (ERP) and with Microsoft Suite tools for data entry & daily tasks
• Comparing pick tickets with BOL's and allocations to ensure document accuracy
• Checking in drivers for Inbound/Outbound shipments
• Working with warehouse on maintaining Shipping/Receiving schedules and providing updates to supervisors when daily changes occur
• Making/Receiving Phone Calls for the DC and directing to the necessary person(s)
• Preparing pick tickets for the warehouse as well as shipment BOL's for outbound orders
• Verifying Packing slips and received goods paperwork versus BOL's
• Receiving & Preparing Pallet Labels for received loads for the warehouse
• Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items with the CS team
• Organizing and filing daily paperwork from the warehouse in the office
• Work under Refrigerated temperature conditions (34 - 38 Degrees Fahrenheit)
• Required to work some overtime occasionally
• Adheres to all safety and GMP policies
Other duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations
• 10 Key Proficiency is a plus, but not required
• Able to work independently and within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Additional Information
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
    Refrigerated / Frozen warehouse experience is a plus
