Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join a busy warehouse operation in Houston. This is a hands-on warehouse position that combines administrative coordination with working directly in the warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both an office and warehouse setting, has strong organizational skills, and is proficient with Microsoft 365.

Please note: This is a full-time warehouse position. Candidates must be comfortable working in the warehouse environment, including exposure to hot temperatures during warmer months and cold temperatures during colder months.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities and workflow
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
  • Enter and update information using Microsoft 365
  • Communicate with warehouse personnel, drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Help coordinate orders, shipments, and deliveries
  • Track and organize warehouse materials and paperwork
  • Assist with resolving shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse operation
  • Perform other warehouse coordination duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination experience preferred
  • Microsoft 365 experience required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
