Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a WMS Implementation Administrator to lead and support the transition from our clients current Warehouse Management System (Deposco) to Manhattan WMS across warehouse operations. This person will serve as the primary liaison between Operations, IT, and the Manhattan implementation team to ensure a smooth system rollout, user adoption, and ongoing optimization. This is a highly collaborative role focused on business processes, system configuration, training, troubleshooting, and operational support. The ideal candidate understands warehouse operations and WMS platforms and can translate operational needs into system solutions without being a hands-on developer or IT engineer.

What You'll Do WMS Implementation & Project Support:

-Serve as the primary internal resource supporting the migration from Deposco WMS to Manhattan WMS.

 -Partner directly with Manhattan implementation consultants, internal Operations teams, and IT stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

-Assist with system configuration, testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

-Document business requirements and operational workflows to ensure the new system aligns with warehouse processes.

 -Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements during implementation.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-3-5+ years of experience supporting or administering Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

-Experience participating in or supporting a Manhattan WMS implementation, migration, or major system upgrade.

-Strong understanding of warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping.

 -Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, IT, third-party vendors, and leadership teams.
