Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with specialized expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) and Plateau Report Designer (PRD) Reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting LMS modules and generating custom reports using PRD. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with client stakeholders and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration, deployment, and support of SAP SuccessFactors LMS modules.
  • Design and develop custom reports using Plateau Report Designer (PRD) to meet client-specific learning analytics and compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure validated LMS operations and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training and documentation for LMS and PRD usage.
  • Support integration between LMS and other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS and reporting issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades and ensure system readiness.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation and support.
  • Hands-on expertise in PRD Reporting - creating, modifying, and publishing reports.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Lifecycle Management and Learning Operations.
  • Experience with Validated LMS environments and compliance reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP SuccessFactors LMS Certification.
  • Experience in NBCU SpinCo or similar media/entertainment domain projects.
  • Familiarity with onshore-offshore transition models and stakeholder coordination.
  • Exposure to global HR processes and multi-country LMS deployments.
