Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Learning Consultant Specialist to join their team in Jacksonville, FL. This is remote opportunity with working EST hours preferred or CR working time zone is acceptable as well.
Summary:
The Workday Learning Lead is responsible for supporting the implementation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Workday Learning platform. Serving as the internal subject matter expert and business owner for Workday Learning, this role will work closely with the organization's implementation partner, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Compliance, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure a successful LMS deployment and long-term operational effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to help guide the successful launch and long-term evolution of Workday Learning across the organization. You will serve as the internal owner of our learning platform, partnering with a leading implementation consulting firm and key stakeholders across the business to create a modern, scalable, and impactful learning ecosystem. The candidate will have LMS admins in various parts of the business.
Key Tasks:
* Serve as an internal business lead and Workday Learning subject matter expert throughout LMS implementation and deployment activities
* Partner closely with the organization's Workday implementation consulting partner to support the successful deployment of Workday Learning
* Gather, document, and communicate business requirements related to learning administration, compliance training, audience assignments, reporting, learner experience, and content organization
* Review and validate system configurations developed by the implementation partner to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and best practices
* Coordinate stakeholder input and decision-making across Learning & Development, Human Resources, Compliance, Information Technology, and business teams
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of Workday experience required
* Workday Learning certification or advanced Workday Learning administration experience
* Experience serving as a business owner, administrator, or lead during a Workday Learning implementation
* Experience supporting LMS go-live readiness, user acceptance testing, and post-launch stabilization
* Great if they have implementation experience or been at the process early on so they know how to stand this up well for an organization of 20,000 people
* They have a decentralized model so there are learning and development teams out there; This person could support them even
* Experience with Udemy Business administration and integration management
* Experience supporting enterprise-wide compliance training programs
* Experience developing learning governance frameworks and operational standards
* Experience working within large, complex, or matrixed organizations
* Manager needs someone to start ASAP so the candidate needs to have open availability to interviewitems promptly
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
