Job description

Location:  Virtual Office 
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm Eastern


We are hiring a CMMS Implementation Specialist to lead new customers through onboarding onto our maintenance management platform. You’ll own each client’s journey from kickoff to go-live: configuring their system around their business requirements, training their teams, and making sure launch day goes smoothly. After launch, you’ll continue to be their go-to resource for technical support.


Responsibilities


  • Guide new customers step by step through the full onboarding process, from initial setup through a successful launch
  • Handle system configuration and data setup: asset records, preventive maintenance schedules, inventory stockrooms, KPI dashboards, scheduled reports, and workflow notifications
  • Deliver customer training via web conference and phone throughout implementation
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on eWorkOrders features and best practices
  • Provide ongoing technical assistance after go-live, including answering the support line, owning support issues through resolution, and assisting the internal support team as needed
  • Document and communicate project status accurately and on time, both internally and with clients


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or 2+ years of software technology / implementation experience
  • Experience with CMMS or SaaS platforms preferred; hands-on CMMS implementation experience is a strong plus
  • Maintenance management experience a plus
  • Ability to train customers remotely via web conference and phone; experience hosting web-based training sessions or meetings
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly master new software tools (CMMS)
  • Technologically savvy with proficient computer skills
  • Professional with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical problem-solver who can understand customer requirements and translate them into the right solution
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and customer service experience
  • Positive, self-starter attitude; flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • JavaScript a plus
