Job description

CMMS Implementation/Support Specialist

Location: Virtual Office — Must be located in NJ, NY, FL or Ohio. Apply now!

We are looking for a motivated, talented and results-driven Implementation/Support Specialist to join our team. The specialist will be responsible for working with our clients in the implementation of CMMS throughout their organization. The primary role of this individual is to guide and support our clients through each project milestone until the successful launch of their new software is achieved, ensuring that our customers have a seamless transition to our CMMS platform.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to configure their CMMS system to meet their specifications and business requirements
  • Guide customers step by step through the entire process from start through the launch
  • Some of the responsibilities include: data entry, asset records, help to setup modules including preventative maintenance scheduling, inventory stockrooms, scheduled reporting and KPI dashboards, workflow notifications and all tasks to configure the CMMS application to meet customers’ objectives
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on the eWorkOrders offer and best practices
  • Continue to support and provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring that all of their needs are fully met
  • Accurately and timely documentation, reporting and communicating status internally and externally
  • Provide customer training and support during the implementation process via web conference and phone
  • Answer technical support line and take ownership of the support issues.
  • Assist internal technical support team on an as needed basis

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but will consider 2+ years of software technology or implementation experience
  • 2+ years of CMMS or SaaS software is preferred
  • 2+ years of CMMS Implementation is a plus
  • 2+ years of Training clients remotely is a plus
  • Important Skills: Project Management, Organization, Detail Oriented, Strong Work Ethic
  • Ability to quickly master new software tools (CMMS)
  • Able to understand customer requirements and provide them with the right solution
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to figure out how things should work
  • Ability to be flexible and respond to changing priorities
  • Professional with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent relationship building and management skills
  • A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging and team-oriented work environment
  • Technologically savvy with proficient computer skills
  • Experience hosting web-based meetings or conferences
  • Customer Service experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
