The position partners closely with Critical Operations, Construction, Procurement, and Facilities teams throughout North America and Europe.
What you'll do

  • Partner with Facilities, Construction, Procurement, and Engineering teams to improve maintenance processes, spare parts management, and data quality.
  • Deliver CMMS training, support site administrators, and drive adoption across global operations.
  • Support customer audits, regulatory inspections, and operational reviews through accurate maintenance documentation.
  • Travel approximately 25-35% to support site implementations, audits, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years administering enterprise CMMS platforms (IBM Maximo, ServiceMax, UpKeep, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling systems, and fire protection.
  • Experience developing enterprise maintenance programs across multiple locations.
  • Advanced reporting and analytics skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders globally.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data centers.

  • CMRP, Uptime Institute, or similar industry certification.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical discipline.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $100k for 3-years and $150k for 7-years of experience along with an annual performance bonus program
  • A dollar-for-dollar 401k match up to a 4% employer match that is fully vested upon enrollment
  • 100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability
