Description:

The Vice President (VP), Operations & Growth provides executive leadership for ChartPro’s Release of Information (ROI) services, owning enterprise-wide performance across onsite and remote service models. This role is accountable for operational excellence, regulatory compliance, client experience, and scalable growth ensuring accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant fulfillment of medical record requests while improving margins and enabling expansion.

The VP partners closely with Compliance & Privacy, Technology, Client Success, Sales, and Finance to strengthen standardized ROI processes, expand customer relationships, and build high-performing, accountable teams.


Position can be fully remote. Significant travel is anticipated.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior level Operations leader in healthcare services, HIM/ROI, revenue cycle or regulated service environments
  • Deep working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rules and PHI handling requirements
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations, improving margins and enabling growth
  • Proven capability leading distributed teams across on-site and remote models
  • Previous experience with Business Development to partner with Sales, Marketing and Client Success to support new business
