Vice President – Healthcare Business Unit (P&L & Growth Leader)
Location: U.S. (Remote / Hybrid)

Overview
We’re looking for a Vice President to lead our Healthcare Business Unit, with full ownership of P&L, revenue growth, and client expansion. This role is responsible for driving digital transformation across healthcare clients, working across sales, delivery, and industry strategy.

You’ll partner with healthcare organizations across providers, payers, and life sciences to deliver solutions across cloud, data, and AI.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the full P&L, including revenue, margin, and forecasting
  • Drive new business and expand strategic healthcare accounts
  • Lead complex deal pursuits, RFPs, and executive client engagements
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies with marketing and partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level healthcare stakeholders
  • Oversee delivery alignment, ensuring strong execution and client outcomes
  • Shape solutions across AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team

What We’re Looking For

  • 10–15+ years in consulting, technology services, or digital transformation
  • Proven P&L ownership and revenue growth experience ($10M+)
  • Strong healthcare domain expertise (payer, provider, or life sciences)
  • Track record of closing and leading large enterprise deals
  • Experience working across sales and delivery organizations
  • Understanding of AI, data platforms, and modern engineering
  • Strong executive presence and client management skills
