Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, identifying their unique goals and needs to craft individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver specialized therapy interventions to our geriatric patients, utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities tailored to enhance recovery and independence.
  • Monitor patient progress with regular assessments, documenting findings and modifying treatment protocols to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to each patient's care plan.
  • Provide education and resources for patients and their families regarding therapeutic modalities, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention.
  • Design and implement fall prevention strategies and safety measures, contributing to overall patient safety within our assisted living community.
  • Stay informed on advancements in physical therapy practices, participating in continuing education opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards, ensuring confidentiality and a commitment to delivering the highest level of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
