You will serve as a vital leader on our deal teams, acting as the primary engine for transaction execution.* **Deal Execution & Leadership:** Drive the end-to-end execution of complex M&A transactions, coordinating intensive business due diligence and guiding clients through every phase of the deal lifecycle.* **Strategic Storytelling:** Oversee the creation of premier marketing collateral, confidential information presentations, and management pitches that compellingly articulate our clients' unique value propositions.* **Financial Command:** Lead complex valuation and ad hoc financial analyses, ensuring flawless execution of historical and projected financial modeling.* **Client Advisory:** Build and maintain direct, trusted relationships with C-suite clients, prospective clients, and key professional advisors in the Employer Solutions and broader healthcare space.* **Team Mentorship:** Serve as a cornerstone of our group’s culture by supervising, mentoring, and developing our talented junior bankers.**Qualifications*** **Experience:** 6+ years of relevant investment banking experience with a proven track record of hands-on M&A execution (transaction experience within the Healthcare industry is highly preferred).* **Technical Acumen:** Advanced knowledge of accounting, finance, and extensive experience with complex financial modeling and valuation methodologies.* **Education:** An undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record from an accredited institution.* **Communication & Presence:** Exceptional verbal, written, and public speaking skills; you are comfortable owning the room and presenting to senior executives and boards.* **Execution Focus:** A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly managing multiple high-stakes project deliverables simultaneously.**Why Houlihan Lokey?** We offer a culture of intellectual rigor, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit.
