THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION

The Research Associate will collaborate with our research team to design, execute, analyze, and report studies focused on epidemiology, program evaluation, and healthcare policy analysis. This role demands expertise in data management, statistical analysis, and data visualization to generate actionable insights that support healthcare program evaluation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data quality reviews and clean datasets from multiple large sources
  • Extract and merge relevant information for analysis
  • Perform statistical analyses using SAS and SQL
  • Utilize data visualization techniques to summarize study findings
  • Support study design and program evaluation efforts
  • Produce clear, concise written reports documenting methodologies and findings

Required Qualifications

  • BS with 2 years related scientific/technical experience or MS or MPH in Epidemiology, Statistics, or related field
  • Proficiency in SAS programming language
  • Knowledge of the healthcare field required
  • Knowledge of disease and drug coding systems preferred

  • Entry-level experience in healthcare analytics
